Personal Information: Joyce Notarnicola resides in Acra, New York with her husband of 15 years, Mark and son, Christopher. Christopher is a very active 4 year old who likes trains, airplanes, watching videos, spending time with his grandparents, swimming and playing on the computer. Mark teaches Technology at Cairo-Durham High School and likes traveling, cooking, and fiddling with computers. Joyce also likes to travel and surf the net but would rather play with Christopher, play golf, work in the garden, or watch a baseball or football game than cook.

Education: Bachelor of Arts in French - State University College at Oswego, 1982, Master of Arts in French - State University of New York at Albany, 1987. Permanent NYS Certification in French and Spanish.

Professional Activities: Advisor of the Paw Print, the yearbook of Catskill High School, 1991-present. Secretary of the Catskill Teachers' Association, 1995-present. Member of the New York State Foreign Language Teachers' Association (NYSAFLT). Member American Association of Teachers of French (AATF)
